Insurance and Fees
Insurance
Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I want the process to feel as smooth as possible. I accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, United (PPO Plans) and Medicare, and I can also provide a receipt (sometimes called a “superbill”) if you’d like to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider.
If you’re not sure about your coverage, a quick call to your insurance company can help. I will also check for your benefits before we begin our work together.
Some FAQ that you may ask--
-
Does my plan cover therapy with an out-of-network provider?
-
What is my co-pay per session?
-
Do I need to meet a deductible before coverage starts?
-
Is there a limit to how many sessions are covered each year?
I will be answering all of these questions for you after checking your benefits; however, calling the the phone number on the back of your insurance card is another quick option.
Session Fees
-Intake Session (60-minutes): $210/submitted through insurance
-Individual Session (60-minutes): $190/submitted through insurance
Reduced-Rate Options
I believe support should be accessible. A small number of sliding-scale spots are reserved for clients with financial need. Please feel free to ask about availability—there’s no awkwardness here.
Cancellations
Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I just ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Otherwise, a $125 cancellation fee may apply.
