Individual Therapy
I am uniquely trained to create the safe container that you need to undergo emotional processing and garner a greater understanding of yourself. I practice through a trauma-focused and psychodynamic lens and infuse ego state therapy, EMDR, and attachment focused work. Fostering relational safety lives at the heart of my practice. In session, we will integrate talk therapy with effective bottom-up tools that will aim to deepen healing and connection.

EMDR Therapy
I am uniquely trained to apply EMDR for clients that have endured acute and complex trauma. Through bilateral processing, we can engage different parts of the brain, re-wire and expand neural networks to better process and re-integrate traumatic memory.

Consultation and Supervision
I am able to provide clinical consultation to clinicians/providers at any level in their practice. I also happily offer supervision to LPCs/provisionally licensed clinicians in the state of Illinois.

Dissociation Assessment
Are you looking to learn more about the level of dissociation you are experiencing? I am able to provide the Multidimensional Inventory of Dissociation (MID) and conduct the SCID-D to assess for structural dissociation. This service is intended for trauma survivors that suspect dissociative tendencies.
