Mental Health Litigation Consultation for Attorneys in Cook County, Lake County & Surrounding Counties

Litigation consultation focuses on complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, depression, postpartum transitions, attachment, and other psychological factors that may impact a client’s behavior, communication, judgment, or insight.

Services may include case conceptualization, record review, psychoeducation, and guidance on when additional psychological or neurological evaluation may be appropriate.

Consultation is educational and clinical in nature and does not constitute a forensic psychological evaluation unless separately contracted and within the appropriate scope of practice.

$350/hour (prorated)

​

Testimony and courtroom appearances are not included in the hourly consultation rate.
